Service costs are heavily weighted to labor, materials and insurance. Generally, proper insurance coverage makes the difference. Contractors with inadequate insurance may offer lower prices, but this creates risk if something goes wrong. We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage to protect your property.
During our free consultation, we will discuss the realistic duration of your project. The key to completing your project efficiently is good communication and access to your property during our regular work hours (Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm). We don’t begin work until all required materials have been secured, and we stay on your project until completion once we’ve started.
